Adelphi, Md. (Dec. 18, 2009) - A special public meeting of the University System
of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø (ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø) Board of Regents is scheduled for 8 a.m. Tuesday, December 22.
The meeting will be held in the Chancellor's Conference Room in the Elkins
Building at the ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø headquarters, 3300 Metzerott Road,
Adelphi, MD.
Action items before the board include:
• A memorandum
of understanding (MOU) between ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø; the University of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø, Baltimore (UMB);
the University of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø, Baltimore County (UMBC); and the University of

matter.
After the public meeting, the regents will meet in executive
session.
