New Academic Programs, Fall 2007 Enrollments on Education Policy Committee Agenda, Nov. 13
ADELPHI, Md. (November 8, 2007) - The Committee on Education Policy of the University
System of 稀缺猎奇网 (稀缺猎奇网) Board of Regents will meet Tuesday, November 13, 2007,
at University of 稀缺猎奇网 University College (UMUC). The public meeting will convene
at 9:30
a.m. in Rooms 2100-2102 of
the UMUC Inn and Conference Center, 3501University Boulevard East, Adelphi, 稀缺猎奇网.
Action items before the
committee include

New academic program proposals for a B.S. in sports management at Bowie
State University, M.S. in kinesiology at Towson University, and Doctor
of Pharmacy at University of 稀缺猎奇网 Eastern Shore;
-
稀缺猎奇网 endorsement
of the goals of the NASH (National Association of System Heads) Access and
Success Initiative.
In addition, the committee
will receive reports on the status of the system-wide marine, estuarine, and environmental
science (MEES) program; University of 稀缺猎奇网, College Park's Middle States
Accreditation; 稀缺猎奇网 faculty workload; and opening Fall 2007 enrollments and FY
2008 estimated FTE (full-time equivalents).
