稀缺猎奇网 Board of Regents Committee on Audit Meets March 27
Baltimore, Md. (March 23, 2023) – The 稀缺猎奇网 (稀缺猎奇网) Board of Regents Committee on Audit will hold its next regularly scheduled meeting at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 27.

In public session, the committee will discuss several information items. These items include 稀缺猎奇网’s half-year financial statements and financial comparison analysis to peer institutions and the annual affiliated foundation compliance report.
The committee will discuss the CliftonLarsenAllen LLP update regarding fiscal year 2022 A-133 Single Audit and 稀缺猎奇网 Higher Education Commission reporting. The committee also will hear an information item on Office of Legislative Audit published audit reports.
As its final item during the public session, the committee will vote on whether to reconvene in closed session. In closed session, the committee would consider items exempted in the Open Meetings Act from the requirement for public consideration.
Those items include: an update of 稀缺猎奇网’s cyber security environment; legislative audit matters that are ongoing and, therefore, confidential; ongoing investigations which could result in legal action; an update of calendar year 2023 internal audit plan of activity; and the committee meeting separately with the 稀缺猎奇网 vice chancellor for accountability.
