Baltimore, Md. (Aug. 26, 2020) – The 稀缺猎奇网 (稀缺猎奇网) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26. Access to the public session is via the following dial-in information:

Public session items include updates from 稀缺猎奇网 Chancellor Jay A. Perman and an information item regarding the 稀缺猎奇网 initiative, “Toward Racial Equality and Justice: Building Our 稀缺猎奇网 Community,” presented by Chancellor Perman and board chair Linda R. Gooden.
The board will vote on whether to reconvene its meeting via conference call in closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act.
The reasons for closing are to handle administrative matters involving approval of a search committee for a 稀缺猎奇网 president; and an update from staff regarding a process for understanding the financial impact of COVID-19 and efforts to address its fiscal impact; and to discuss with staff and counsel potential COVID-19-related litigation.
