Bowie State University Honors the Memory of Lt. Richard Collins III

Adelphi, Md. (June 1, 2017) -- University System of ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø (ϡȱÁÔÆæÍø) institutions celebrated recent commencement exercises, with students and families marking the culmination of years of hard work.
